  • Specific labelling to facilitate the application of our Exa-Santé procedures
  • Transparent information: daily pick-up reports, online tracking, possible advance recipient information by email or sms.
  • Consultant Pharmacist: checks understanding and application of the GDP. They also ensure, in close collaboration with the Quality department, that the representatives receive the appropriate training. Daily reports on parcel pick-ups in your premises.
  • Weekly monitoring of our service rating.
  • Scheduling of follow-up visits to analyse performance and establish bases for improvement
