EXA Print 3

The EXA Print 3 solution includes the main functions of EXA Print 2 and offers you the advantages of an Internet connection (transfer of shipment lists, updating of transport plan and correction of post codes).

You can interface EXA Print 3 with your own IT system and continuously edit your labels. This solution is multi-shipper, which allows you to manage several accounts on the same shipment station.

The EXA Print 3 station includes a PC, modem, EXA Print 3 software and a thermal printer. Tracking and proof of delivery are available on our internal website.

GTF (Group of Terrestrial Freight Forwarders)

Resulting from the GTF (Group of Terrestrial Freight Forwarders) proposals, this universal bar code can be easily read by Exapaq. You can therefore work with your own references and use one single standard for all your shipments.

GTF users:

  1. Exapaq can read your bar code and guarantee tracking of your parcels based on your own references, at no extra cost.
  2. Tracking and proof of delivery are available on our website.

EXA-EDI

You generate your labels from your information system, with Exapass and the transport plan information.

You then send us all the information generated in relation to your shipments via EDI.

Another solution:

You generate an owner code containing minimum information, so that we can take charge of your parcels without interfering in your organisation and information system.

If you want, you can send us your EDIs via FTP, X400 or email, depending on your preference.

You increase flexibility and save time in the organisation of your shipments, while maintaining complete traceability of your shipments.
