Exapaq offers the same quality of tracing for all your parcels, regardless of whether the destination is in France or elsewhere in Europe. In France: a minimum of five scans, plus random quality control to increase the security of your goods.

In Europe

a minimum of seven optical scans over the course of your parcels' journey between France and delivery to your clients in Europe. How can I track my parcels? Your parcels' entire journey is available on this site. You just need the Exapass number to search our tracking database. You can obtain this in the section of the site specified for this, shown to the right, or by clicking here. You can also track your parcels using the reference no. that you assigned to them.

Security

Control of your parcels in France and Europe

The seven scans are performed on your parcels to assure you of their location at all times. They also allow us to ensure that your goods are under constant security control. The video-tracking systems used in our French network increase the security of your parcels from end to end. Proof of delivery This is available online for your French and European parcels. This provides assurance that your shipment has been received by the recipient. You can view it, print it and prove delivery of the goods if necessary.
