Please remember to be very careful with regard the quality of the packaging for your parcels

How should I choose my packaging?

The packaging of your parcels must be rigid, resistant and suitable for the type of goods it contains.
Choose single, double or triple-wall corrugated packaging to ensure that it is rigid and can resist handling.Check the maximum weight supported by the packaging that you wish to use.
Ensure that the packaging is in perfect condition and that the corners are resistant.
Any parcel damaged before pick-up by Exapaq will be weakened and will put your goods at risk.
Your packaging must be sufficiently large for an Exapass (transport label) to be stuck on one side of the parcel.
If you are re-using parcels, please ensure that all old labels are removed.

1/ Check the quality of the label printing

2/ Place the label on top of the parcel: On the top of rectangular parcelsOn the top of cylinder-shaped parcelsOn the largest side of any other shape of parcel

3/ Remove all other labels from your parcel

What to avoid

Make sure nothing is stuck to the Exapaq label
Do not stick the Exapass over two sides of the parcel
Do not tear the labelDo not scratch the label
Do not stick the label on top of the sticky tape used to seal the parcel
By applying these measures, you will help secure your goods, meaning they can be transported more quickly and will be better protected, until delivery to your client.
